Learning & Reflexive Spaces
At the heart of our approach is the creation of dynamic learning and reflexive spaces that enable people to engage in brave and authentic conversations about the challenges they experience or witness in their work. Our methodology involves unpacking complexity by identifying the underlying systems at play and exploring the historical contexts that shape current realities. Through facilitated discussions, workshops, and immersive experiences, participants are encouraged to practice and play with tools and ideas that support critical analysis and reflection, paving the way for us to embody new ways of being and relating to one another, supporting us to envision and work towards alternative futures.

Health & Racial Justice Lab
Health disparities among racially minoritised communities often lead to poor health outcomes and can leave those working for change feeling disempowered. While the links between racism and other forms of oppression are acknowledged, actionable steps for real change can be elusive. To address this need, we partnered with Healing Justice London, Ten Years Time, and social researcher Chelsea McDonagh to create the Health and Racial Justice Lab. This program is designed to inspire individuals to harness their agency, demonstrating that each of us has the power to make a difference. Recognising that working to address inequities in health can feel isolating, we have built a community rooted in solidarity, where we provide encouragement and practical support.
Through three cohorts we worked with over 80 change agents in London, we cultivated a dynamic learning space enriched by diverse lived experiences and professional insights. Our goal is to deepen our understanding of how oppression and health inequities intersect, to equip participants with tools to catalyse community-driven change, to foster a collaborative network for shared learning, and to create healing spaces for us to sustain ourselves when doing this work. Our hybrid program blends practitioner-led sessions with peer learning and reflexive spaces. Although we are currently closed for applications, we’re busy integrating the insights from our pilot phase for a 2025 relaunch. Want to be first in line? Express your interest via our contact form.
